Cholesterol

Most people think their medication is fixing something…

But what if it’s just silencing a signal your body is trying to send?

Statins are prescribed to lower cholesterol.
But they don’t fix why cholesterol is elevated in the first place.

They block your liver’s production of cholesterol —
the same cholesterol your body depends on for:

• Hormones
• Brain health
• Cellular repair
• Vitamin D production

And here’s what most people never hear:

👉 The cholesterol you eat has very little impact on your blood cholesterol
👉 Your body makes what it needs — intentionally

So when cholesterol shows up elevated…
you have to ask:

What is the body responding to?

In many cases, it comes back to one root issue:

Insulin resistance

Chronic high blood sugar damages blood vessels.
Inflammation rises.
And your body sends cholesterol to help repair the damage.

So cholesterol isn’t always the cause…
It’s often part of the response.

Now here’s the part people feel but don’t always connect:

When you block cholesterol production, you don’t just lower a number…
You interfere with essential functions.

That’s why so many people on statins experience:

• Muscle pain
• Low energy
• Brain fog
• Memory issues
• Nutrient depletion (especially CoQ10)

This isn’t random.
It’s connected to the mechanism.

So instead of only chasing cholesterol…

Start asking deeper questions.

✔ How is my blood sugar?
✔ Am I insulin resistant?
✔ What is my inflammation level?

And most importantly:

Have I actually tested beyond basic labs?

Ask your doctor about:

• Fasting insulin
• HbA1c
• Triglyceride / HDL (RATIO!)
• ApoB
• CAC scan (to assess (ACTUAL!) plaque risk)

Because guessing leads to fear…
But testing brings clarity.

You don’t fix the body by overriding it.
You fix it by understanding what it’s trying to do — and working with it.
